  Your emailed receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Item availability and prices are subject to change at any time, without notice. Guide Line Technology, Inc. reserves the right to limit quantities, and to decline the acceptance of any order for any reason. Guide Line Technology, Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity ordered of any item. All orders placed over $2,000.00 (U.S.) will be thoroughly researched before shipping, in accordance with the policies set by Guide Line Technology's Credit and Fraud Avoidance Department.   ORDER CANCELLATION
  An order may be canceled only if that item is backordered and not available to ship. Any order submitted through this website, if in stock, will ship immediately and cannot be canceled. A notification will be sent via email when an order is canceled. Guide Line Technology, Inc. reserves the right to cancel an order or to issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for merchandise that is advertised in error, that does not conform to advertised specifications, or was shipped in error. Charge backs from credit card issuing banks are subject to the above policies

  BACKORDERS
  At Guide Line Technology, Inc., we make every effort to provide you with up-to-the-minute inventory status and product availability information. Items are usually in stock at all times, but in the event of a shipment delay or other unforeseeable delay, Guide Line Technology, Inc. will place the item(s) on backorder and ship you when it becomes available. On orders with backordered items, the total shipping charges are included with the first shipment. Shipping charges are non-refundable. A backorder may be canceled at any time prior to shipping.

  SALES TAX
  Guide Line Technology, Inc. charges sales tax on all shipments to the state of California. If your package ships from a distribution center in the state in which you reside, a sales tax may apply. You, the customer, are responsible for any and all unpaid sales taxes.

  CREDIT CARDS
  Guide Line Technology, Inc. accepts all major credit cards, and there is no surcharge for using your credit card to make a purchase. Please be sure to provide the exact billing address and telephone number as recorded with your credit card issuing bank. We will ship to an alternate address only if the address is on file with your credit card issuing bank. Incorrect information may cause a delay in the processing of your order. Your credit card will be charged as each item is shipped.

  JURISDICTION
  Any litigation regarding this agreement, or any transaction between a customer and Guide Line Technology, Inc., shall be brought to the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California and customer hereby agrees and submits to such jurisdiction and venue as proper.

  TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
  In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Guide Line Technology, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price without prior notification. Guide Line Technology, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is canceled, Guide Line Technology, Inc. shall immediately issue a credit to the credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

  SHIPPING POLICY
  All orders within the Continental US will usually ship within 24-hours PST (excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays) from receipt by USPS Priority Mail unless prior shipping arrangements have been specified. For multiple item orders over three, shipping charges will be calculated based on the total weight and ship-to location. Applicable taxes for California residents only will be added to the sales price.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: In some countries an import or duty tax may be charged by that country. International orders may be subject to Customs inspections and/or fees based upon each specific Country's regulations. We cannot be responsible for these actions nor for reimbursement of any Customs fees if products are returned. All international orders, including Canada, are shipped via U.S. Air Mail. Please allow 14 days for routine delivery of international orders. Please note that while international shipments are typically delivered in a timely manner, sometimes individual countries may hold up packages in their Customs for as long as 30- days. We are unable to try to locate these orders until the end of 30-days due to post office guidelines.

  SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES
  Priority Mail (USPS):
Domestic shipments within the 48 Continental United States: $4.50 for the first item plus $1.00 for each additional item up to two.
United Parcel Service (UPS):
Domestic shipments within the 48 Continental United States: $6.00 for the first item plus $1.00 for each additional item up to three.

Federal Express (FedEx):
Economy Service (2 business days) Domestic shipments within the 48 continental United States: $15.00 for the first item plus $1.50 for each additional item up to three.

  Standard Service (Overnight - Afternoon Delivery) Domestic shipments within the 48 continental United States: $25.50 for the first item plus $2.00 for each additional item up to three.
Priority Service (Overnight - Morning Delivery) Domestic shipments within the 48 continental United States: $28.50 for the first item plus $2.50 for each additional item up to three.
 
Charges for shipments outside of the continental United States are done on an individual order basis, via phone, fax or e-mail. Please feel free to contact our sales department with any questions regarding international shipments.

  LIMITED WARRANTY
  This product is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90-days from the date of original purchase. Within this period, the Manufacturer at their option may either repair or replace the product, or any part thereof, without charge for parts and/or labor. This warranty will become void under conditions of misuse, improper installation, moisture, and failure to follow instructions, alterations, abuse or accidents. Manufacturer will not be liable for direct, indirect, special or consequential damages arising from the use of, or in connection with use of, or the performance of the product, or any other damage with respect to personal harm, economic loss, loss of property, loss of revenue or profit. Except as provided herein, the Manufacturer makes no express warranties and any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is limited in its duration to the written limited warranties as set forth herein. Upon expiration of the warranty period, or if the product has been deemed damaged from non-warranty causes, there will be charges related to the repair of the product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights, which can vary from state to state.

  DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
  Call Guide Line Technology, Inc. Customer Service Dept. immediately to report defects and obtain return authorization. Defective product returns must be shipped 100% complete, including original box, packaging material, manuals, software, inserts or flyers, and all other accessories provided by the manufacturer. Please prepare the item in a secure shipping carton (not just the product packaging), addressed to Guide Line Technology, Inc. with the RMA# clearly marked on the outside of the box, and a copy of your invoice enclosed.

  REPLACEMENT/RETURN POLICIES
  Guide Line Technology, Inc. will repair or replace products, which are determined to be defective, within the first 90-days. Please keep your original invoice as proof of purchase, just in case the product needs to be returned. Customers who have products covered under the manufacturer's warranty are required to contact Customer Service for troubleshooting issues before returning product either by e-mail or by phone. Should the issue not get resolved, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued in order to smoothly track your product through the repair and return process. It will be the responsibility of the customer to pay for return shipping and shipping insurance charges to get the product returned to the manufacturer's warranty repair facility. Upon inspection, it product is deemed defective and covered under the manufacturer's warranty policy; customer will not be responsible for any additional charges. In the event the product is out of warranty coverage, or warranty has been void for any reason, it will be the liability of the customer to pay for parts and/or labor charges and return shipping charges.
  • ALL special order items will not be returnable.
  • ALL product returns must be received at Guide Line Technology, Inc. within 90-days of the ship date printed on invoices and packing slips.
  • ALL returns require pre-authorization from Guide Line Technology, Inc. Call the Customer Service first to obtain an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number. Please have your Guide Line Technology, Inc. invoice or packing slip available when you call.
  • ALL RMA number is valid for 10-days from the date issued. The RMA number must appear on your return packing label and on the outside of the shipping box.
  • ALL returns require a proof of purchase (copy of the original invoice) to be enclosed with the RMA# clearly marked on the outside of the box. (see shipping instructions below)

  NON-DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE RETURNS
  Non-Defective returns MUST be in perfect condition and 100% complete, including original box, packaging material, manuals, software, inserts or flyers and all other accessories provided by the manufacturer in the original container. Non-Defective returns or exchanges should be sent via UPS or other courier that requires a signature. Prepare the item in a secure shipping carton, addressed to Guide Line Technology, Inc., with the RMA# clearly marked on the outside of the box and a copy of the invoice enclosed. We suggest that the item be insured for the amount shown on your original invoice. Return of the product in good condition is the customer's responsibility, as are return freight charges.

  CREDIT OF RETURNED MERCHANDISE
  All product(s) accepted for return within a 30-day period from the date of original purchase will be carefully inspected upon receipt. Credit may be refused and balances for missing or damaged items will be charged. We will ship back any items that fall under this category. Credit for returned items will be given within 30 days of inspection and approval, unless further research is needed to diagnose a problem.

A 20% restocking fee may be charged for return items in addition to deductions for shipping & handling fees as well as any discounts, which were given at the time of original purchase. A copy of the original sales receipt or invoice will be required when returning product. Full refunds will only apply in cases where it has been determined the seller was at fault or in error. Refunds are issued every Friday by check or applied credit to the original credit card used for the purchase.

It will be the responsibility of the customer to pay for return shipping and shipping insurance charges to get the product to the seller. All products, which are returned in packaging, which does not fully protect the product during return transport to the seller, will be considered void of warranty. It is strongly suggested that the customer purchase insurance from the shipper in the event of damage during transportation.

Special Terms Regarding International Orders
International orders must be returned at the customer's expense. Guide Line Technology, Inc. is not responsible for any duties, fees, or taxes, which may be incurred.
Though we try very hard to be accommodating, failure to comply with the policy outlined above may result in the refusal of returned goods and or refusal of refund or credit.
